3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to bind your organization
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Index or display illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated means to exceed your plan's query limits
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Index websites you do not own or have authorization to index

5. Your Content and Websites

You retain ownership of your website content. By using FlowSearch, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Crawl and index your publicly accessible web pages
  • Process and store this content to power search functionality
  • Display search results derived from your content

You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Subscription and Payments

  • Free Tier: Limited to 5 pages and 200 queries per month
  • Paid Plans: Billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout
  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Price Changes: We will notify you 30 days before any price increases
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers
  • Overage: If you exceed plan limits, additional usage may be charged or service may be limited

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

FlowSearch, including its algorithms, software, design, and branding, is our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service. The FlowSearch name, logo, and related marks are our trademarks and may not be used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWSEARCH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT SEARCH RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowSearch and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your indexed content will be deleted within 30 days
  • Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination

13. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.
